1 pound raw liver (beef and/or chicken) blended
1 egg
1cup wheat (or white) flour
1/2 cup corn meal (or flour)
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour for chewy treats.

You can use a spoon to drop them one by one on a cookie sheet, then press with a flowered glass. Or... when we are doing up a large batch... I put them in a rectangle cake pan. After backing... I cut them up into bite sized pieces. I put the bulk of them in the freezer.

We use these treats for training, for special activities and dog shows. They make great Christmas gifts!
