Photo Help Tips
These personalized PaperDolls make wonderful... special gifts! Kids LOVE them!

Find a photo that you would like to use. We suggest that you use a photo where the face looks at you straight on. If you have a photo that is side ways, even a bit... it will make the face look off center... straight on works best. A nice sharp picture looks better than one that is fuzzy or out of focus.

This photo has too much extra stuff around Zyia's face... so I opened my graphic editor (I use Paint Shop Pro)... I cropped the picture... leaving Zyia's face in the center.

This removed the extra stuff, and shows more of Zyia's face. Isn't that a cute smile!!!! One that can melt Grandma's heart in a second!

Next... I resized the photo to about 200 pixels across. This size seems to work pretty good in the PhotoPaperDoll Program. Once reducing the size... I click on sharpen one time to keep the picture nice and sharp. I then SAVE this photo in my Family Photo directory. Where ever you save your photo... remember where you saved it.

When I open the PhotoPaperDoll Program... I click on ADD PHOTO... then use the arrow keys to move the photo around until it is placed where I am happy with it. You can click on the arrows... or use the arrows on your keyboard to move the photo around.

Next I select the hair I want to add... then the clothes... and so on until I get the PaperDoll I want to print.
