Personalized Birthday Stationery
When the page comes up, fill in the lil' screen with your name. Then click okay. Your stationery will now have your name imprinted on it. Next, click on FILE, usually located in the upper left hand corner of your screen... then click PRINT SETUP ... select the option to remove all headers and footers ... do this by removing the checks from the lil' boxes.

When you are done printing your stationery, click on your browser's BACK button to return to this page.
