Make a picture... draw one, or use a photo.

Copy ... paste that picture so you have a second one. Then change some of the things on the picture. This will be CEL 2

Do this until you have at least 3 cels.

Use Picture Clip by Link: Iron(FE) Works to cut up the pieces.

Take section 1... a, b, and c cel to your animation editor (I like GIF Construction). Animate it. Then take section 2... a, b, and c... and so on until all the pcs are animated.

Yes... this takes a bit of time to do... but not hard to do.
